Easy to find what we need
-Order number is not clear if you are buying for the first time and not familiar with your invoice. It should be stated in bold and capital letters/numbers at least in subject purchase mail.
-Tracking number is wrong, DHL doesn't acknowledge this given tracking number:8730111526.
So I wasn't able to track my order.

I'm surprised that I found this website that sell upgrade hardware especially for Apple product, the Website was really good in navigating the needs that I want especially for my old Macbook Pro. Really satisfied with the website and now, I'm waiting for my goods to be arrive.
I purchased the OWC 32G RAM, 4 sticks for my iMac 27” late 2015. Purchased straight from OWC. Originally had factory 2 sticks 8G of RAM total. Computer was starting to lag multitasking and was getting occasional “memory warnings”. RAM pressure was starting to get high too. Everything went away immediately after installing the new memory sticks. Effortless installation and computer recognized new sticks within a minute of turning it on. It’s been just over week and my Mac is behaving just like the day I pulled it out of the box new. However, it took OWC several days to create a shipping label and put it in the mailbox. If you choose the free shipping, you’ll get the product in 8 days. Granted I was in no hurry, but It’s not like I live off the grid above the Arctic Circle... Great product if you’re willing to wait with the free shipping.
i have been searching for a dock/hub that works with the new apple M1 machines. i have ordered and tested 4 other brands and none of them worked with the mac mini m1. it is my hope that this hub will work. i was waiting for CES to see if there was any deals. I attempted to contact OWC through the CES website but never got a response.

I was displeased at being charged tax for an out of state purchase. I've never been charged tax before on previous purchases
The product packaging arrived with a one-inch hole in it; fortunately, the actual product was not affected. After installing the new graphics card, I have noticed a slight improvement in performance. Also, I was able to upgrade to Mojave on my 2010 Mac Pro.
The survey for free magazines is a little miss-represented.
Great easy to use website. I think you should allow at the very least, delivery to occur before requesting reviews.
